Cliff is a senior professional in the UK Out of Home Media-Owner world with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, 25 of which have been gained at Board level, specialising in the areas of New Site Development and Estates Management.
A long standing member of the Public Policy Committee of the Industry Trade Association (OMC), which advises and assists Central Government regarding potential changes to the Regulatory scheme for Outdoor Advertising in the UK. Significant involvement in formulating key sections of the Town & Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations of both 1992 and 2007, the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and the Localism Act 2011.

Full Main Board responsibility for New Site Development, Estates Management, Freehold Property and Company Premises with control of an annual budget in excess of £35 million. Strategic responsibility for shaping the Company’s asset base to best meet advertisers’ needs.
- Development Director – Postermobile plc
Equity-holding Main Board Director responsible for New Site Development and Estates Management. Key role in developing the Company to become a leading independent Outdoor Media Owner. The Company was acquired by Clear Channel in 1999 for a total consideration in excess of £20 million.
- Development Director – KMS Advertising plc
Founding equity-holding Main Board Director responsible for New Site Development and Estates Management. Assisted in growing the Company from a new start-up venture to a significant player in the UK Outdoor Market, merged with Postermobile Ltd in 1996.
- National Development Manager – Mills and Allen Ltd – (now known as JC Decaux UK Ltd)
Recruited as a Graduate Trainee, a series of promotions resulted in achieving the role of National Development Manager; reporting directly to the MD and with responsibility for all New Site Development and Estate Management matters. Left in 1987 to co-found KMS Advertising PLC.
