Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

Fortuna Associates were appointed in February 2013 to market and tender the iconic, prestigious and unique large format digital site on Cheyne Walk at the entrance to the Chelsea Yacht & Harbour Club. This site had been in operation for a number of years and the council wanted to test the market to ensure it was getting the best full market value for this highly desirable upmarket location. Fortuna Associates undertook soft-marketing with media owners to gauge interest and possible values. We prepared and ran a select tender on behalf of and approved by the Council, once completed we then prepared and delivered a report to the Council with Fortuna’s recommendations based upon the bid responses to the tender.

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea were very pleased with the outcome of the tender process and the bids, which exceeded their expectations from this location, and further to the decision of the Council and exchange of contracts this winning bid was awarded to Outdoor Plus.

Under the terms of its initial instruction and contract Fortuna Associates remains retained by The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to market outdoor advertising opportunities for the Council and has provide the Royal Borough with on-going professional advice and support. (2013- present)
